Helen Rogers
Clinical Hypnotherapist
I discovered hypnotherapy over 10 years ago, initially for giving up smoking and realised very quickly through my own experiences just how successful and beneficial it can be for so many problems. I work with clients with a range of issues but have a particular interest in helping adults and children with stress, anxiety and depression related issues. I provide a caring and confidential treatment program tailored to each individual and enjoy helping my clients to find solutions and achieve their goals.
I am on the executive committee for the newly formed Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), responsible for membership of the organisation.

As well as a hypnotherapist I am also a qualified Counsellor with a special interest in CBT and SFBT. I have experience working with people with issues from fears and stress to depression and grief. However, my background is in dentistry and I have over 25 years experience working as a dental practitioner. I have always enoyed helping others overcome their fears and anxieties and since being introduced to hypnotherapy early in my dental career have been fascinated by it's positive effects in reducing anxiety and pain. I am passionate about how hypnotherapy can be used to help with so many different problems.
